Dr. Andreas Habersack, MSc
Andreas Habersack has been working as an Austrian patent attorney trainee in our firm since 2024. His interdisciplinary studies in the field of medical technology, as well as research stays at the Technical University of Munich and the ETH Zurich in Switzerland, have enabled him to develop a comprehensive, interdisciplinary way of thinking and working. This allows him to understand and analyze complex technical and scientific topics in a holistic way.
Andreas was able to further deepen his in-depth technical knowledge in the fields of physics, mechanics, computer science and electrical engineering through his many years of research and doctoral work. He has expanded his expertise in these areas by specializing in the medical technology fields of rehabilitation technology, biomechanics, prosthetics, orthotics, imaging techniques, software and simulations, and by regularly giving scientific talks at international conferences.
His personal interest in legal issues, coupled with his in-depth technical training, motivated him to start training as a patent attorney at Hübscher & Partner. He is supported by the experience and expertise of our team, enabling him to provide clients with the best possible support in technical and strategic matters.
